JNE Policy
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all production-related services and projects, including but not limited to mold tooling, custom fabrication, and manufacturing orders undertaken by [Your Company Name] ("Company") on behalf of its clients ("Client").

2. Project Approval
All production projects require written approval from the Client, including confirmation of all specifications, materials, and quantities. Once approval is granted, the project will proceed as scheduled.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
Engineering & Design Services:
Once an engineering or design project has been completed—defined as delivery of drawings, prototypes, CAD files, specifications, or related deliverables—a full refund cannot be issued. If a partial refund is requested, it may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion, depending on the stage of the project and value of services rendered.
Due to the customized nature of mold tooling and production processes:
-
Mold Tooling: Once mold tooling has commenced, all payments related to tooling are final and non-refundable.
-
Production Orders: Once manufacturing of the production order has begun, all associated payments are non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent changes requested by the Client.
The Company shall not be held liable for any refund or reimbursement of costs once production has started.

4. Payment Terms
A deposit or milestone-based payment structure will be outlined in the project invoice or contract. Full payment is due as specified and must be completed prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the production project shall be resolved through binding arbitration by an independent and neutral arbitrator. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar agreed-upon body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, tooling, and specifications provided by the Client remain the property of the Client. Any proprietary designs created by the Company as part of the project will remain the Company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, or acts of God.

8. Acceptance
By approving and initiating a production project with the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
